Whats' required here? An iPod? Don't have one. Special shoes? Don't have em. Is there a Nike Bike for cyclists? That might be worth it.
Go search for an iPod Nano on eBay or from the refurbished section of the Apple Store.You don't need special shoes. I use a keyholder that attaches to my laces. Search for "running shoe wallet" on Nike.com to see what I'm talking about. Works great.
