Tim Nm, CPA, Part II

It's been over a year since the last Tim Nm, CPA post. The screen capture above should tell the whole story. All footage has been captured. Now it's a series of little puzzles putting the sequences together. I captured and watched all of the footage today. I relived a lot of good times shooting this film. That was quite an eventful trip. There's a lot more good stuff than I remember.

Right on - this is a great step forward. Now, when you have the urge to tinker with the footage, you can't fall back on, "but it isn't captured yet!"

You do have quite a bit of work ahead of you though. I'm there for ya.

Today I transcribed every spoken word in the film. I think it'll be easier formulate the flow of the interviews if I'm not bogged down by the images.

Yeah, for sure. You'll come up with more interesting cuts and sequences that way.

I've been living and breathing the Tim Nm footage this week. I got the core footage down from 146 minutes to 45 minutes. Add 10 minutes for Days of Being Wrinkle Free, a few minutes for the other side of the auditions, and around 10 minutes for opening/closing credits and stuff in-between sequences, and I think we have a feature after all.
