Man, I took a look again at the photos Gabe took of the Leonardo shoot. You know, I can't wait until Gabe directs another film, and sticks to the direction duties. He had some great angles with that still camera. Made me think about the way we shot Leonardo. We did it the way we did it for a reason, but it would have been very different in Gabe's hands. Anyway, there's one vote for a new Gabe Loyer film.

Ha, you flatter! I plan on directing the mocku-docku-mentary. But, I doubt there'll be many "hot angles" on that. I will be acquiring a megaphone for this direction duty, however.

Even documentaries need some hot angles. It's all the insert shots that tie stuff together where you can express yourself. Looking forward to it!

Gabe with a megaphone. Gonna be great.

Yeah, the inserts will make the piece. All the direction in a documentary comes together in the editing room.

If Gabe's game, I'm down with shooting with both of our cameras on the interviews, and giving him more options in editing.

I thought of that actually. It's a good idea.
